The YMCA and it’s gymnasium is a category B listed building located in the heart of Broughty Ferry. The gym is a very unusual building but it had fallen into disrepair. Our work for the YMCA has successfully saved the building via extensive conservation repairs which were supported by our conservation plan and is now helping the YMCA to develop as an organisation.
