Nicoll Russell Studios were commisioned to prepare proposals for a major new extension to New Victoria Hospital, from concept to detailed design stage. Physical and contextual site constraints led to a design solution that compactly accommodated the new accommodation required while also referencing the scale and material qualities of the residential neighbourhood in which it sits.
