The Foundry is the most recent licensed premises to be completed by Nicoll Russell Studios. The design team have succeeded in creating a warm, rich and friendly interior with broad appeal.

The layout seeks to provide a series of varied spaces offering a range of moods and uses from traditional drinking to intimate dining.

Nicoll Russell Studios have carefully selected from a wide ranging palette of materials and influences. Sometimes industrial, other times highly crafted, the design places waxed steels and polished hardwoods against raw brick and stone. Existing foundry castings, pattern moulds and original cast iron columns and heavy timber trusses all contribute to the richness and suggest and authenticity rarely achieved in developments of this type.
